Return and Refund Policy

• We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.  Any Games Workshop product or other hobby products must be unopened and in their original packaging with all seals unbroken.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, personalized goods, perishable items, or admission fees.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is out of stock, we reserve the right to issue you a store credit.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, potentially in a different size,  please contact us at info@whitesquirrelarcade.com.
• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
